Zpracování difuzně vážených obrazů – výpočet DWI obrazu

Abstract

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is widely spreaded imaging technology used for acquisition images of soft tissues. MRI is creating 3D image data by using strong magnetic fields and gradient system for image encoding. Purpose of this job is to summarize basic pulse sequences for acquisition different images (T1 weighted, T2 weighted and diffusion weighted), summarize currently used software for processing diffusion weighted images and implementing graphical user interface, which will then be used for calculation of ADC maps.
