Implementace LEAN PULL při řízení množství předvýrob

Abstract

This thesis is focused on setting of the PULL system for pre-assembly. The PULL system presents a tool which leads to a more efficient production process of the Brose CZ company. The theoretical part describes the methodology, such as production logistics, Pull system, production cycle, inventory management and kanban. A method of safety, order and cleanliness - 5S and wastage in production areas – MUDA is also included in this part. In the practical part is mainly described analysis of current stocks in production. On the basis of this analysis an evaluation of stocks was compiled. Subsequently suggestions and recommendations for change are introduced.
