Obytný dům v pasivním standardu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je projekt rekonstrukce budovy v bývalém areálu hornického učiliště a základní školy na obytný dům. Ve stavební části se jedná o zateplení obvodového pláště, střechy, podlah a dále o výměnu otvorových výplní. V TZB části to bude návrh vzduchotechniky, vytápění, zdroje tepla a návrh a výpočet TV. V bytovém domě je navrženo 18 bytových jednotek pro 51 lidí. Budova má obdélníkový tvar se sedlovou střechou a půdou. Dále má tři nadzemní podlaží, ve kterých jsou byty, a jedno podzemní podlaží, kde bude technická místnost. Orientace objektu je jih-sever, což je ideální pro pasivní domy. Cílem této práce je návrh bytového domu v pasivním standardu.

The thesis deals with the project of building reconstruction in the former mining and elementary school into a residential house. The building part consists of the cladding, roof and floor insulation and the hole filling exchange. The TZB part of this proposal describes air conditioning, heating, heat sources and design and calculation of TV. The apartment building has 18 apartment units designed for 51 people. The building has a rectangular shape with a gabled roof and attic, three residential floors and one underground floor with utility room. The object orientation is south-north, which is ideal for passive houses. The aim of this work is to design a residential building in the passive standard.
