Abstract
This thesis analyzes the financial health of company Ferona, a.s., which operates on the market as a wholesale warehouse with metallurgical equipment. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the financial condition of the company for the reporting period 2009 - 2013. The analysis will be performed using horizontal and vertical analysis ratios, selected predictive models and Du Pont pyramidal decomposition. Based on the results of the financial ratios the the current financial situation of this company will be evaluated and will also contain suggestions that can improve the current situation.
