Ekonomické hodnocení reálné investice

Abstract

Mezi důležité součásti investičního rozhodování patří zhodnocení efektivnosti vybrané investice, což je cílem bakalářské práce. Předmětem hodnocení je reálná investice, která má být realizována podnikem OZO Ostrava s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části je vymezena metodologie hodnocení investic, následně je vybraný investiční projekt podrobně charakterizován, včetně variant financování. V aplikační části je efektivita projektu posouzena pomocí kritéria čisté současné hodnoty a poté je podroben analýze citlivosti na vybrané faktory. Na závěr je uvedeno konstatování výsledků hodnocení, společně s doporučeními týkajícími se realizace investice.

Real investment valuation, that is the aim of the thesis, is a vital part of investment decisions. The subject of the valuation is a project to be implemented by OZO Ostrava s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application part. In the theoretical part the methodology of investments assessment is defined, followed by thorough description of the intended investment project, including the financing options. In the application part, the efficiency of the project is assessed by criteria of Net Present Value and subsequently a sensitivity analysis is performed, considering selected factors influencing the investment. At the end, the results of the efficiency valuation are observed and suggestions are made about the investment project realization.
