Stanovení hodnoty podniku TOS Olomouc, s. r. o. vybranými výnosovými metodami

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the determination of the value of the company TOS Olomouc s.r.o. by selected yield methods for the purpose of determining the value for possible sale using selected yield methods. Valuation is made of using the discounted cash flow method DCF entity and economic value added EVA entity. The first section explains methodology of valuation of enterprises. There are basic backgrounds of valuation procedures to be followed before the actual valuation. It describes the strategic and financial analysis, creating a financial plan. Listed below are the theoretical foundations of yield valuation methods used in the application of the work. Part two contains a presentation of the company, strategic and financial analysis, financial plan, determining the cost of capital and valuation methods according to the DCF and EVA entities entity. The third part is an assessment and comparison of results. Final is made an analysis of sensitivity.
