Finanční analýza firmy Eiffage Construction Česká republika s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat finanční situaci firmy Eiffage Construction Česká republika s.r.o., působící ve stavebním průmyslu v letech 2004-2010. Bakalářská práce je zde rozdělena na metodologickou a praktickou část. V metodologické části je obecně vyjádřeno, co je finanční analýza, k čemu je využívána, zdroje této analýzy a metody, nástroje, postupy, uživatelé finanční analýzy a poměrové ukazatele. V praktické části, která slouží k převedení teorie do praxe, jsou obsaženy základní informace o firmě Eiffage Construction Česká republika s.r.o., jež je celá finanční analýza věnována, dále zde je využita horizontální a vertikální analýza aktiv, pasiv a výsledku hospodaření a poměrová analýza se zaměřením na ukazatele rentability. Výsledky analýz jsou znázorňovány v tabulkách a grafech.

The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company Eiffage Construction Ltd. Czech Republic, involved in the construction industry in the years 2004-2010. Bachelor thesis is dividend into methodological and pracitcal part. In the methodological section is generally expressed financial analysis, utilization of financial analysis, sources and methods of those analysis, tools, processes, user of financial analysis and ratios. In the practical part, which is used to convert theory into practice, are contained basic information about the company Eiffage Construction Ltd. Czech Republic, which is entirely devoted to financial analysis. The horizontal and vertical analysis of assets, liabilities and profit and ratio analysis focused the profitability ratios are used, too. The results of analysis are represented in tables and graphs.
