Měření spokojenosti seniorů se sociálními službami

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis is focused on analysis of seniors satisfaction with social services. The aim was to determine how patients perceive social services and work of carers and social workers. This analysis was done in organization Social services for seniors Olomouc. In the beginning I worked on the characteristics social services and market of social services. In the theoretical part I described analysis satisfaction of customers and I characterized services inclusive marketing mix of services. The practical part included an assessment of research that was conducted through a questionnaire which contained 25 questions. After analyzing the data based on the results I found what is the satisfaction. After it I proposed possible solutions and recommendations that should lead to higher satisfaction.
