Abstract
The topic of the bachelor thesis is focused on importance and creation of internal regulations in selected semi-budgetary organization. In theoretical part the thesis deals with basic features of semi-budgetary organizations in the Czech Republic. Then the importance and creation of internal regulations are described. In practical part selected semi-budgetary organization and its system of regulations are presented, then current internal regulations of Střední škola Havířov – Šumbark, Sýkorova 1/613, příspěvková organizace are analysed.
