Územní studie obytné zástavby lokality „Jižní svahy“, Luka nad Jihlavou

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with variant proposal of house-building in locality „Jižní Svahy“which is situated in city of Luka nad Jihlavou. A part of this site study is also landscape design including green adjustments, playground and parking site for local cemetery. Next part dedicates more attention to the house-building proposal comprising also leading of technical and traffic infrastructure. Together with economic analysis it brings an outlineof future settlement in mentioned area with regard to the landscape planning of the city. It takes into account surrounding area, existing house building, latest housing trends andactual landscape planning legislation of the city of Luka nad Jihlavou.
