Územní studie lokality Drahy v Polešovicích.

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the proposal of land for a new construction of houses in the locality, ''Drahy" in the village of Polešovice. The newly created development will be integrated into the surroundings and connected to the existing technical infrastructure. It means part of the setlement utilities, transportation, pedestrian areas, utilities and adding greenery. In addition, waste management will be resolved and the whole area will be complemented by furniture. In order to this reason the problematic issues of the current state will be analyzed. Documentation will be divided into textual and drawing part and will be processed in the territorial scope of the study. Part of the work will be potential expenses.
