Inovace portálu městské nemocnice

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší inovaci portálu městské nemocnice. Cílem bylo nalézt vhodné open source řešení, které nahradí již nevyhovující nemocniční portál a vytvořit v něm požadovanou strukturu pro ukládání interních dokumentů. Za tímto účelem byla provedena analýza trhu, kde byli vybráni tři zástupci a ti byli následně testováni a porovnání na základě přívětivosti uživatelského prostředí a splnění zmíněných požadavků. Nejlépe se v této analýze umístil ECM systém od společnosti Alfresco Software Inc., a tak byl vybrán jako vhodné řešení. Následně byly představeny funkcionality, které patřily mezi požadavky nemocnice. V neposlední řadě byly popsány modifikace, které byly v rámci systému nutné pro splnění zmíněných požadavků učinit.

This diploma thesis addresses the innovation of the city hospital portal. The aim was to select a suitable open source solution that will replace the already unsatisfactory hospital portal, and to create the required structure for storing internal documents. For this purpose, a market analysis was performed, where three representatives were selected, tested and compared on the basis of the amiability of the user interface and the fulfillment of the mentioned requirements. The ECM system from Alfresco Software Inc. ranked best in this analysis and was selected as a suitable solution. Subsequently, the functionalities that were among the requirements of the hospital were introduced. Last but not least, the modifications that were necessary within the system to meet the changed requirements were described.
