Analýza managementu vybraného sportovního klubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu managementu sportovního klubu, konkrétně tenisového klubu TK SC Ostrava. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory řízení a organizace tohoto klubu, analyzovat jeho silné a slabé stránky a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení. Práce využívá metody SWOT analýzy a rozhovoru se sportovním manažerem k získání relevantních informací. Zjištěné výsledky ukazují, že klub se nachází ve stabilní situaci díky solidní organizační struktuře, kvalitnímu týmu, silné podpoře města Ostravy a spolupráci s dalšími institucemi, které poskytují finanční prostředky nezbytné pro jeho chod. I přesto byly identifikovány oblasti, které si vyžadují zlepšení, především v rozšiřování členské základny, řízení fluktuace trenérů, spolupráci s novými partnery a pořádání většího počtu sportovních akcí. Na tyto oblasti je potřeba se zaměřit, aby klub mohl dosáhnout dlouhodobého udržitelného růstu a rozvoje.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of the management of a sports club, specifically the tennis club TK SC Ostrava. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key factors in the management and organization of the club, analyze its strengths and weaknesses, and propose recommendations for improvement. The thesis uses methods such as SWOT analysis and an interview with the sports manager to gather relevant information. The findings indicate that the club is in a stable situation due to its solid organizational structure, high-quality team, strong support from the city of Ostrava, and cooperation with other institutions that provide the financial resources necessary for its operation. However, areas that require improvement have been identified, particularly in expanding the membership base, managing coach turnover, collaborating with new partners, and organizing more sports events. These areas need to be addressed in order for the club to achieve long-term sustainable growth and development.
