Abstract

Information technology is a very essential instrument for each organization, affecting all critical business functions as finance, personnel, planning, selling, purchasing, logistics, etc. Current requirements for information systems are efficiency and flexibility to important business processes. Equally essential are considerable demands on the maintenance and further development of selected information system. Correctly selected information system will ensure proper operation and clarity of the daily income and expenses of a business. My thesis is focused on a specific information system, which was since 2008 established in building the company Hercules Inc., If the information system has fulfilled the original requirements of construction company, what is its current use and other options which offer this information system.
