Zdravotní středisko – variantní řešení základů, porovnání rozpočtů a časových harmonogramů

Abstract

Bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the alternative solutions of the foundation of building of medical center. The building is designed with one basement floor and two floors above ground. The aim of the thesis is to compare two types of understructure - foundation walls and reinforced concrete slab - in terms of realization process, time and financial consumption and to determine the efficiency and benefits of the named options. For each variant is designed budget and schedule. For variant of foundation walls is also designed technological process.
