Řídící modul LED panelu s mikropočítačem RP2040

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a new control module for a presentation LED panel using WS2801 circuits. The goal was to replace the existing simple USB–SPI converter with a modern solution based on the RP2040 microcontroller. The new module not only allows the reception and display of data from a computer but also enables autonomous display of stored image sequences without the need for permanent PC connection. A minimalist test panel, a voltage level shifter, and optimized data transmission over USB and SPI were designed as part of the project. The resulting solution extends the system's functionality and offers opportunities for future development.
