Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the Analysis of the process of recruiting and selecting employees in the selected organization. The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the current process of recruiting and selecting employees in the selected organization and to develop recommendations through quantitive research methods, together with knowledge of theory from the scientific literature to help the organization improve the process of recruiting and selecting staff. Organization Hennes & Mauritz has been approached for analysis of recruitment and selection. The thesis is divided into phases leading to the achievement of the stated objective. This thesis consists of three parts, theoretical background sourcing and selection of employees, characteristics of the selects organization and analysis of recruitment and selection of employees in the selected organization. The theoretical part is processed on the basis of a literature study that focuses on the process of recruiting and selecting staff. The second part includes a description of the chosen organization. The method of questionnaire investigation analysis of the process of recruiting and selecting stuff in the selected organization and when deficiencies are identified, suggestions and recommendations are proposed to improve this process.
