Plán sanace a rekultivace lomu Plešovice

Abstract

Na kamenolomu Plešovice probíhá hornická činnost ve stanoveném dobývacím prostoru Plešovice. Rozhodnutím Obvodního báňského úřadu v Plzni ze dne 28.9.1994, č.j. 2923-465/93/Ju/Př byly změněny hranice DP Plešovice s tím, že do něj byly zahrnuty zbývající původní dva dob. prostory Holubov a Holubov I. DP má rozlohu 49,1071 ha a je evidován pod č. 7/0093. V současné době je v DP Plešovice povolena hornická činnost pouze na části DP, která zahrnuje odlesněnou a skrytou část výhradního ložiska (I. etapa těžby). Provádění hornické činnosti dle zpracovaného plánu otvírky, přípravy a dobývání bylo povoleno rozhodnutím Obvodního báňského úřadu v Plzni ze dne 7.12.2001 pod zn. 2672/511.4/01/II. V roce 2000 byla provedena EIA, ve které je řešeno několik variant v 3D rozměru. Vzhledem k tomu, že dobývací prostor je součástí CHKO Blansko, varianty se zpracovávali ve spolupráci s CHKO a obcí. Smyslem této práce je shrnout poznatky, které museli předejít před samotným započetím sanace a rekultivace. Podrobnější vysvětlení a pochopení se v diplomové práci zaměřím na způsob a postup sanace a rekultivace. Práce shrnuje zkušenosti získané při samotné těžbě, organizaci, seminářích a školeních.

In the Plesovice quarry, mining activity takes place in the determined Plesovice mining space. By the decision of the District Bureau of Mines in Pilsen, dated 28 September 1994, ref. no. 2923-465/93/Ju/Pr, the borders of the Plesovice MS were changed, while the remaining original two mining spaces Holubov and Holubov I were included into it. The MS has an area of 49.1071 ha and it is filed under no. 7/0093. Currently, mining activity is permitted only in a part of the Plesovice MS, which includes the deforested and hidden part of the exclusive deposit (mining stage I.). The performance of the mining activity according to the prepared plan of opening, preparation, and mining was permitted by the decision of the District Bureau of Mines in Pilsen, dated 7 December 2001 under ref. 2672/511.4/01/II. In 2000, an EIA was performed, in which several variants are designed in 3D. Due to the fact that the mining space is a part of the Blansko Protected Landscape Area, the variants were prepared in cooperation with the PLA and the municipality. The meaning of this thesis is to summarise the knowledge that must precede the actual commencement of redevelopment and reclamation. For more detailed explanation and understanding, I will focus on the redevelopment and reclamation procedure in the thesis. The thesis summarises the experience obtained during the actual mining, organisation, workshops, and training.
