Využití simulačních nástrojů pro podporu tvorby aplikací pro programovatelné automaty

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the utilization of simulation tools in industrial automation. The main task was to create simulation models, including their control applications, for six workplaces in the laboratory of programmable automata. All simulation models were made by using SIMIT 9 simulation tool in version Ultimate. Control Applications were created in the TIA Portal V13 programming environment. Communication between the PLC and the simulation model was performed by using the industry standard OPC DA. Hardware-in-the-Loop technique was used for testing, Testing took place on all simulation models and possible deficiencies were modified. The control application was also tested on a laboratory model where minor code adjustment was required. The created models can provide future students with some comfort in the form of faster system understanding and ease of application development for these laboratory workplaces.
