Abstract

The theme of my bachelor thesis is the motivational factors research of the employees of The Czech Republic Police Force. The thesis consists of two parts. First part describes the motivational theory from definition of the motivation, motivational process to sources of motivation. The second part is practical. Its objective is to analyse the state of motivational factors by the employees of The Czech Republic Police Force. This part contains description of the present state of motivational factors and after that follows their analyse, which was based on questionnaires survey. After that I evaluated the survey and proposed appropriate solution to improve the motivation of the employees.
