Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is to offer the architectural and engineering part of documentation for construction of Depositary of model trains’ museum with a restaurant. The Bachelor’s thesis sources consist of the Urban Study, prepared as semestral project in Architectural Design Studio III, the Construction Study, prepared as semestral project in Architectural Design Studio IV and a building permit documentation related to semestral project in Architectural Design Studio Va. Project documentation has been created in accordance with applicable regulations and arranged in line with Decree No. 62/2013 Coll., which superseded Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On Construction Documentation. The project follows the newly designed trains’ museum and the final study fulfills requirements of Ostrava city plan.
