Abstract

Diploma thesis "Benchmarking of Selected Business Companies in Metallurgical Industry" deals with financial analysis of selected indicators and also there is perform benchmarking of business companies. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of benchmarking, its stages and principles. Furthermore, the theoretical part contains characteristics of financial analysis, its objectives, users and description of selected financial indicators. In the practical part, was performed a financial analysis, its evaluation and comparison of annual report.
