Abstract

The objective of the diploma thesis is analysis of payroll system in the selected company. On the basis of detected results is in the thesis subsequently reviewed, how effective is the current system of remuneration in the payroll system.The work is divided into two parts. The first part includes a brief explanation of terms, relating to the issue, such as wage, salary, remuneration for work and forms of wages. This part of the diploma thesis contains also a description of the selected company, to which the analysis is carried out. The second part of the work provides the model examples of two selected stores of company, which carried out an analysis of the current system of remuneration and the proposal of a new, fictional, system. The conclusion of the work includes the evaluation and comparison of above-mentioned two systems of the remuneration and assess which one is more preferable for the company.
