Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is the microstructural analysis of a special titanium alloy of the TNM type. The introduction to titanium and its alloys will take place at the beginning, the Ti-Al system will continue, then describe the parameters affecting the production and modern methods of melting titanium alloys, bind alloying elements and thein effect on the resulting properties, the next point is the foundry of γ-TiAl alloys, the next point is the microstructure of intermetallic alloys and melt-crucible interactions, the next point is they are followed by an experimental part and the conclusion will be the evaluation of samples.
