Řízení dodavatelů projekčních celků v petrochemickém průmyslu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with Supplier Management of Project Construction Unit Suppliers in Petrochemical Industry. The first part is focused on the theory where is defined Supply Chain Management, an explanation of supplier-customer relationships. Then the Supplier Selection Control and Evaluation Methods, that can be used for evaluation are described. Second part of the bachelor thesis is about EPC process, process which deals with design, ordering and assembly. The knowledge from theoretical work is applied here and recommendations for the company to improve the following orders are proposed.
