Nové městské bydlení v Karviné

Abstract

Diplomová práce se bude zabývat řešením území v městské části Karviná - Nové Město s cílem najít vhodné využití pro volné pozemky, které vznikly vybouráním části obytných domů z 50. let. Předmětem řešení bude návrh bydlení napříč generacemi s využitím potenciálu nových forem rodinných domů ve městě a jejich začleněním do již stávající zástavby bytových domů. Území bude doplněno plochami pro rekreaci, sport i komunitní život.

The diploma thesis will deal with the solution of the territory in the urban area of Karviná - Nové Město with the aim of finding a suitable use for the vacant land, which was created by the demolition of part of the residential buildings from the 50s. The subject of the solution will be the design of housing across generations, using the potential of new forms of family houses in the city and their integration into the existing housing development. The area will be complemented by areas for recreation, sport and community life.
