Abstract

The aim of the thesis on the topic of The Competitive Analysis on the Cosmetic Services Market was to determine the competitive position of the salon Rebels selected among nine competitors, their competitive advantages and weaknesses that need to be removed. To fulfill the objectives served by several methods - Mystery Shopping, Mystery Mailing, Mystery Calling, Mystery Visits of web sites and survey taken by salon Rebels customers. Subsequently, the proposed solutions to deficiencies in order to improve the competitive position of the salon.
