Abstract
PhD thesis deals with comparison of possible technologies for determining the volume of extracted and stored material in the context discussed revision of the Ordinance of the Czech Mining Office no. 435/92 Coll., which until now regulates the procedures of management, replenishment and preservation of mine surveying documentation for legal and physical persons in mining and activities undertaken using mining techniques. Dissertation deals with the analysis various technologies and methods determine the volume in surface mining. The first section describes general procedures for calculating volume. In the next section are compared to the standard technology of aerial photography and imaging using remotely piloted aircraft systems. Photogrammetric methods are compared with one another in terms of efficiency sensing, photogrammetric measurements and processing of resulting data.
Dissertation contains descriptions of works of calibrating and testing, testing suggestions over the bases after performing comparing photogrammetric measurements on real locations of homogenization landfills pit mines Tušimice, to testing methods for surface mining in the mining area of the open pit Hrabák. Described are photographing parameters both photogrammetric technologies. In conclusion are briefly describing three surveying campaigns, in which it was carried out simultaneously photographing both technologies in both experimental sites. The dissertation discusses the current status of the content of the Ordinance to the use of photogrammetric measurement methods for creating documents pit mines and quarries. It concludes with a reasoned recommendation to modify the Czech Mining Office no. 435/92 Coll.
