Analýza kvality hospodaření s nástroji u dodavatelů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvality hospodaření s nástroji společnosti Continental umístěnými u dodavatelů. V úvodní části jsou popsána základní teoretická východiska, kterých se práce dotýká. Dále je představena společnost Continental a organizace nákupu se všemi útvary a základními pravomocemi. V druhé části je provedena analýza stěžejních procesů hospodaření s nástroji. Pomocí paretovy analýzy bylo provedeno hodnocení míry zaplnění registru nástrojů relevantními informacemi včetně návrhu na zlepšení. Druhým zkoumaným procesem byl sběr dat aktuálních stavů nástrojů jakožto nezbytně nutné informace ve vztahu k plánování investic. Konečné doporučení na optimalizaci procesu bylo navrženo s ohledem na zavedení nové korporátní procedury pro řízení a správu dodavatelských nástrojů s platností od ledna 2014.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis describes a quality of tooling management regarding the tools owned by Continental and placed at supplier‘s manufacturing locations. The first part contains the basic theoretical assumptions with connection to the subject of the thesis. Further on, the company Continental is introduced as well as whole Purchasing Automotive organization with its basic competences included. The key process of tooling management are described in the second part of the thesis. Using Pareto analysis, a degrese of the occupation by relevant information in tooling register was evaluated including a proposal for the improvement. Gathering of the information about the acutal status of the tools was the second analysed process, which is the main process in regards of the tool investment planning. The final conlcusion out of this analysis was expressed with respect to the new tooling management procedure issue with corporate validity starting from Janury 2014.
