Abstract
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and assess the competitiveness of a selected entity. Porter's five forces analysis and PESTLE analysis were used in the evaluating process. Next, SWOT analysis was applied, and last but not least, all factors determined by the previous analyzes were summarized.
