Abstract

The Diploma thesis examines the evaluation of business performance in the agricultural sector with an emphasis on the application of theoretical knowledge and practical procedures. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts and analyses, the Balanced Scorecard method and benchmarking. The practical part applies the theoretical knowledge to the analysis of a specific enterprise. The aim is to identify factors affecting the performance of the enterprise and to propose measures for its improvement, with an emphasis on financial stability and competitive advantages.
