Analýza rizik územních celků

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá vyjádřením rizik vyplývajících z ohrožení obyvatelstva žijících na území. Podává přehled o současných přístupech v problematice rizik v území v České republice a zahraničí. Zachycuje metody používané v České republice a zahraničí. Na základě výčtu používaných metod navrhuje metodu aplikovatelnou na podmínky České republiky s možností využití softwarové podoby. Navržená metoda je použita na územní celek – obec Bolatice. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z oblasti analýzy rizik území a diskutovány další možné směry vývoje této problematiky.

Dissertation deals with the expression of the risks posed by the threat of the population living in the territory. It provides an overview of current approaches to the issue of risk in the Czech Republic and abroad. It captures the methods used abroad and in Czech Republic. Based enumeration methods used proposing method applicable to conditions in the Czech Republic with the use of software form. The proposed method is applied to a territorial unit - the village Bolatice. The conclusion summarizes the findings of the risk analysis and it discussed possible further developments of this issue.
