Abstract
Integrated Rescue System is a set of components Fire Rescue, Police and Emergency Medical Services. Cooperate on the basis of law no. 239/2000 Coll., the integrated rescue systém, when an extraordinary event, during rescue and liquidating work. Do this subject include other components, which are the central authorities, nonprofit organization and specially Czech Army. This thesis deals with the knowledge of the population emergency number 112 and the creation and working of an integrated security center in Ostrava.
