Abstract
A breakthrough in the use of modern automation technology is the construction of excavators to 2000.1, new type and the performance series, produced by the UNEX a.s. Into service, it was stated in 1987 in what was then the regional by brown coal mining district (SHR) on the bottom of Bílina. It was the prototype of the machine, specially designed for the extraction in extremely hard positions. To regulate the selected drives have been used DC inverters carbine Semiconductors Prague, performance 2300 series. From overhaul in 1998 DC inverters are used, SIMOREG DC MASTER 6RA70 about the various performance and vector inverters SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES 6SE70 company Siemens. Excavator is controlled by a central microprocessor 400 series also firms Siemens, CPU type S7 416-3DP. The aim of this work is to analyze the selected drives and find a suitable alternative to regulate them.
First we need to become familiar with the selected traction chains, on the paddle wheels, which include drives paddle wheels, rotation of the upper arm lift spreader and motors controlling the main building. Then will be proposed as one of the possible solutions for the improvement of utility properties of the selected drives, and thus the entire excavators.
