Abstract
Work will discuss the character of social housing issues for the upcoming period, when it is likely people will not be able to live on debt, as they are today. The work is split into two parts.
The first part solved the individual development of compact form of prefabricated houses in the cross, before the module. In this module is solved a few different volume and spatial different examples of individual houses. Urban structure is done stop-gap of existing city and his next compression.
The second part solved problems of residential buildings and built into the existing urban and suburban structures of several sites on the example and their concentration.
