Problematika skladového hospodářství velkého podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Problematika skladového hospodářství velkého podniku“ je analýza skladového hospodářství ve vybrané firmě. Práce je rozdělena do částí, které na sebe navazují v logické posloupnosti. Teoretická část práce shrnuje současné poznatky a zaměřuje se na skladovou problematiku a její specifika. Praktická část analyzuje situaci ve skladovém hospodářství, definuje problémy a postup při jejich řešení. Cílem práce je identifikovat nejvýznamnější problémy a navrhnout směry jejich řešení.

The objective of this diploma thesis that is entitled “Warehousing probleme in the big company“ is an analysis of stock holding in a chosen firm. The thesis is divided in parts that fallows one another in a logical order. The theoretical part summarises contemporary knowledge and it concentrates on stock holding problemes and their specificity. The practical part analyses situation in stock holding, it defines problems and procedures of their solving. The goal of this diploma thesis is to identify the most significant problemes and to suggest the ways of their solution.
