Návrh metód jednotnej vizualizácie územných plánov na príklade okresu Brezno

Abstract

Záverečná práca sa zaoberá návrhom metódy jednotnej vizualizácie územných plánov na príklade okresu Brezno. Teoretická časť je zameraná na opis územnoplánovacích podkladov, ich histórie, právnych predpisov, cieľových užívateľov a obsahu. Praktická časť sa venuje porovnaniu piatich platných územných plánov obcí v okrese Brezno. V závere práce je spracovaný postup prác pri návrhu metód jednotnej vizualizácie územného plánu časti obce Čierny Balog.

The thesis proposes a uniform visualization method of territorial plans, performed on the Brezno district as an example. The theoretical part is focused on the description of spatial planning materials, their history, legal regulations, target users and content. The practical part is devoted to the comparison of five valid territorial plans of municipalities in the Brezno district. At the end of the thesis, the procedure for the proposal of a unified methods of visualization the territorial plan of part of the village of Čierny Balog is elaborated.
