Abstract

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the issue of management, securing and recovery of overdue receivables in the company IV ltd. In the first, theoretical part, receivables are characterized, and the theoretical basis related to receivables, furthermore, the possibilities of their management and securing are described, as well as the methods of their enforcement, either through judicial or extrajudicial means.
