Analýza bankovních produktů určených občanům

Abstract

This thesis deals with an analysis of bank’s products intended to customers. There is a description of the Commercial bank JSC, its historical development, basic information about financial group and information about bank activity concerning the bank problems. In this thesis I introduce the types of individual bank’s products of the Commercial bank JSC that are meant to the young people and students. The next part of my work deals with the service providing for natural persons and corporate persons and electronic banking of the Commercial bank JSC.
