Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe technology of separate roof-bolt technology in mining method room and pillar. Advantages and disadvantages of roof-bolt reinforcement compared to the bow steel reinforcement are analyzed in the thesis. Important part of this thesis is to describe reinforcement on ceilings and sides of mine works. Further I deal with types of used roof-bolts and their accessories. Inseparable part of this thesis is focusing on controls of roof-bolt reinforcement and overlying layers, which they serve to the smooth course of mining with method room and pillar. In this thesis I also proposed separate roof-bolt reinforcement for mined part III of mining method room and pillar.
