Technické prostředky pronásledování a zastavování vozidel

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the technical means used in the pursuit of fleeing vehicles and their stopping. The theoretical part briefly explains the persecution, lists the legislation, ways and methods of stopping of vehicles by Czech police officers, supplemented by author´s photographs. The main part describes and characterizes the technical means that are used and developed in the world for this purpose. The practical part is focused on the analysis and risk assessment of individual means, including the proposed security measures and sociological survey among police officers, which allows to find out the opinion of police officers on individual means and also assess the current situation in the Czech Police in relation to the topic. Based on the findings, security measures and innovations are proposed.
