Návrh a realizace intranetové aplikace pro správu majetku ve veřejné správě

Abstract

This thesis aims to point out the possibilities of improving the information processing in a department of property rights of the municipal authority in Český Těšin. Description of technology is focused on the intranet, PHP programming language, Zend Framework and MySQL database system. The practical part of thesis is concentrated on creating an intranet application due to particular goals defined by the municipal authority employees. It puts the emphasis on functionality, speed optimization and security. The application is used mainly for management of property documents, such as contracts and resolutions, and to make them easy to trace.
