Založení s.r.o. a podnikatelský plán pro foto-salon „Gloria-Ann, s.r.o.”

Abstract

Summary My bachelor thesis is entitled "Setting up a Limited Company and a Business Plan for a Photo Salon „Gloria-Ann, s.r.o." The work is aimed at establishing a fictitious company with limited liability in the city of Ostrava. The main object and purpose of a business plan is to analyze opportunities of the business, and to recognize what might be the threat for me as a businesswoman; but most importantly, to know whether my idea makes sense; whether it will be profitable or there is a high risk that company will go bankrupt. Bachelor's thesis was divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts relating to business, the advantages and disadvantages of small and medium-sized companies. It also describes various forms of business. The second part is my schedule for establishing procedures for my fictitious company. The practical part is much larger and more important, because it is a kind of practical experience, which gives me the idea about prospects of my company "Gloria-Ann, s.r.o.", which is based on marketing research, application of management and financial analysis.
