Abstract

The thesis deals with the use and risks of blank bills. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the usage of blank bills as a securing institute, to assess advantages and disadvantages in the eye of the debtor and the creditor, which threatens at the usage of blank bills and first of all to find out, how to limit disadvantages and how to maximize advantages. The theoretical part is focused on the delimitation of the blank bill – its characteristic features, the way of filing and transfer possibilities. In the further parts of the thesis are cases of practical usage of blank bills, their benefits and risks delimited.
