Postavení a funkce místní akční skupiny

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „ Funkce a postavení místní akční skupiny“ bylo pomocí socioekonomické analýzy, metodou komparace a také dotazníků vyhodnotit hospodaření Místní akční skupiny Rožnovsko za rok 2008. 2009, 2010 a 2011. Práce v teoretické části charakterizuje principy, fungování, financování a postavení MAS v systému územní samosprávy. Praktická část analyzuje hospodaření v letech 2006 – 2011 a srovnání hospodaření s jinými MAS v roce 2010. Na základě zjištěných informací navrhuje další možné postupy pro její úspěšnou existenci a také byl zpracován katalog , který by měl být inspirací pro další žadatele o dotace a zároveň by měl sloužit k praktickému využití pro MASR.

The aim of this diploma thesis „Functions and positions of the Local Action Group“ was to evaluate the financial management of the Local action group Rožnovsko for the years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 with the help of a social-economics analysis, a comparative method and a questionnaire. In the theoretical part, this work describes principles, function, financing and position of the Local Action Group in the system of administration. Practical section analyzes its financial management in the years 2006 – 2011 and makes the comparison with other local action groups in the year 2010. On the basis of ascertained information, it suggests alternative procedures for its successful existence. Moreover, a catalogue has been made which should serve as inspiration for other applicants of grants and which should also be used in practice for the local action group Rožnovsko.
