Flotační činidla na bázi kapalných produktů z pyrolýzy odpadů

Abstract

This thesis is devoted to testing new flotation agents based on liquid products of pyrolysis of waste that are their characteristics suitable for flotation of coal sludge : flotation reagents were tested on sludge coming from Lazy. Mining companies includes the Ostravsko-karvinské doly, a.s, the company is exclusive producer of hard coal in the Czech Republic. The aim is to obtain the appropriate sales coal concentrate , where is the ash content less than 10%. Demands were placed on the new flotation agents for economically useful and at the same time suitable for the environment. In the theoretical part of the thesis describes the principle and the importance of flotation conditions affecting the flotation process , the process of flotation , flotation agents and their effects , flotation coal, pyrolysis process and description of where they come from samples of coal sludge . The experimental section describes how to work with flotation testing of samples including relevant tables and in the final part the results of flotation tests evaluated.
