Prognéza a určení vývoje idiopatické skoliózy

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of prognosis of idiopathic scoliosis. The main objective was to determine the development and prognosis of this disease. The theoretical part deals with the etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of idiopathic scoliosis. The practical part contains a statistical evaluation of the prognosis of idiopathic scoliosis according to the method of treatment in suitable patient records, which were separated by an expert and a database. Based on these records, a neural network predicting the development of this disease is designed in the practical part, knowing the resulting diagnosis after five years of therapy.
