Abstract

Control systems of public service in Czech Republic are built on experiences of advanced democratic countries, international standards and recommendations. The new legislation and revision of current labor code of Czech Republic and their introducing to practice are enabling more effective using of these methods. However control system is quite complicated in this sector. It contains lot of branches and institutions, among which exists multilateral cooperation with various relations between subjects and objects of control, which is the cause of complexity of national economy. In context of reformation of public service, public finances and entry into European Union, it's important to unify and subsequently improve control systems of public service. This bachelor thesis is aimed on problematic of control systems in public service. It analyzes continuity, consequences and efficiency of control systems including the use of financial control. There are also mentioned new control systems in the thesis.
