Finanční analýza podniku

Abstract

RESUMÉ Pokud podnik nezná svou finanční situaci, zřejmě v tomto dynamickém podnikatelském prostředí nebude prosperovat. Znakem dobře prosperujícího podniku je jeho uspokojivé finanční zdraví. Jednou z metod posouzení finančního zdraví podniku je finanční analýza. Cílem této diplomové práce je využít metod finanční analýzy a zhodnotit finanční zdraví vybraného podniku. V práci je využita analýza pomocí absolutních ukazatelů, poměrových ukazatelů, cash flow a soustav ukazatelů. Tato práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. V první části se diplomové práce zabývá teoretickými východisky, které vysvětlí přístupy a metody finanční analýzy. Druhá část práce obsahuje aplikaci absolutních ukazatelů, poměrových ukazatelů, cash flow a soustav ukazatelů. V této části je posouzeno finanční zdraví firmy. V poslední části práce jsou podniku navržena opatření, jak svou situace vylepšit.

RESUME If a company doesn´t know its financial situation, it will not prosper in this dynamic corporate environment. A sign of a good prosperous company is its favourable financial health. One of the methods how to assess the financial health is the financial analysis. The goal of this thesis is to use the methods of financial analysis and assess the financial health of a selected company. In the thesis is used the analysis with the absolute indicators, financial ratios, cash flow and analysis of system indicators. This thesis is consist of the three main patrs. In the firts part the thesis is dealt with theory, which explain approaches and methods of the financial analysis. The second part contains aplication of the absolute indicators, financial ratios, cash flow and analysis of system indicators. In this part is assessed the financial health of the firm. In the last part of the thesis are suggested precautions, how to improve its situation.
