Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the measurement of employee satisfaction in company operating in the sale of used cars. Basic concepts related to job satisfaction are mentioned, including possible ways of satisfaction measuring. Subsequently analyzed company is characterized. The main part is devoted to analysis of the measurements, when questionnaire is constructed and personally handed over the company's employees. Thereafter, the data are evaluated, and after finding the results action to improve employee satisfaction and motivation in the company are suggested.
